Infrastructure

We have developed a sound infrastructure unit that is spread over a vast area of 4000 Sq. Ft. we have ultra-modern machines at our factory unit that assist us in manufacturing the products with extreme precision. Some of our machines are Compression Molding Machines, Compound Mixing Mill, Trimming Machines, Lathe, and Grinding Machines. Leveraging upon these machines we can produce a maximum size of 400 MM OD.

Customization Facility

We offer the service of developing seals as per application-based requirements. For example, when customers need to develop any import substitute component, for which there is no drawing available, we shall develop the same with our expert knowledge and experience in this field. Our Engineering representative visits the customer’s firm and inspects, measures, & designs the actual dimension and polymer of the component. Our R & D is well equipped for polymer analysis and we supply the exact polymer of the component, in strict accordance with the customer’s application. We have developed many such import substitute seals successfully for many reputed clients. We do offer a guarantee for such seals, which are indigenously developed by us.
